우리는 간혹 좋은 꿈을 꾸면 복권을 사거나 기쁜 일이 곧 생길 것이라는 기대를 하게 된다.
그것은 곧 즐거움으로 연결이 되는데, 결과의 중요성보다는 희망을 기다리는 행복감이 우리를 더 기쁘게 하는 것 같다.
예를 들어, '남녀가 사귈 때에도 만남 과정의 '썸'이라는 즐거움과 설레임이 더 행복했었다' 라는 것만 봐도 알 수 있는 것 같다.
안수지 작가의 그림에도 바로 그 즐거움이 내재되어 있다.
'포츈 피쉬' 는 행운을 가져다주는 물고기라고 볼 수 있는데 그 물고기가 실존하지는 않지만 그림과 함께 행복해지고 즐거운 경험과 기대를 하게 된다.
일상의 무료함이 안수지 작가의 그림을 통해 즐거움으로 다가온다면 그처럼 가치있는 것이 또 있을까라는 생각을 해 본다.
