About
I am working on the story of the gradually disappearing forest by approaching it as a mythical element. I live with the benefits of civilization in an era rich in materials, but in one corner I am always in an uneasy state of mind. Fear sometimes strikes me at the pessimistic notion that one day, or the next, we will encounter a very unhappy and painful situation that we should not live in. In this psychological situation, artists work with the hope of a better world with a small personal calling, if not a calling of the times, so I want to find peace in my mind and relieve a little by expressing our anxiety, anger, scream, sadness, love, peace, and hope. In addition, there is an intention to remind viewers of what we should really protect and cherish, and to eventually leave messages of love and hope in all the tangled emotions when looking at my paintings.

Spirits, which often appear in my work, are created by collecting pieces of wood that have been broken and cut by humans. There are various shapes, but in the end, it is a spirit (sprit). Inspired by the motif of the Little Prince and the Desert Fox from the Little Prince of Saint-Exupery, spirits and red foxes appearing in the shape of children and boys, which are composed of pieces of wood, expressed them as beings with pure and clear souls. In addition, the various facial colors of the little spirit mean the hope of land and energy, the blue eyes mean the origin of life, and the patterns of clothes mean the universe circulating with nature.
The blue birds that appear every time in the work mean a soul with hope, and in the end, they are creatures that project my heart. In the future, my work will try to talk about these topics in more depth and variety. It is a new mythical story in which humans and nature love each other and convey hope in peaceful coexistence, and tries to explore further expanded work.
