About
The style of expression of the work varies depending on how the artist interprets the nature of things.

I grasp the object of expression with emotional sensibility rather than intellectual ideas.
Therefore, the type or color that appears in my work exists as a thought, not as a phenomenon

The formative beauty that I pursue is line and color. Straight and simple lines and plain and simple white, which can be found in the traditional windows of our hanok. The window is the boundary that connects the inside and the outside, and at the same time, Inside is an inherent mind and outside is an act of practice. A spear is an eye and a heart. Seeing things is the eye and seeing the world is the mind. When you open the window of your heart, you miss people, and when you open the window of your eyes, nature is beautiful and noble.

I avoid explaining my work as much as possible. I want to leave it to the free imagination and interpretation of the observer as much as possible. This is because theory and logical explanations can exclude the imagination of the viewer. The work is pure feeling. Don't be prejudiced.

A writer should not be bound by anything. The sky should be as free as a flying swallow. You should be freed from stereotypes or everyday life. The reason why I paint is just the act of confirming my existence
